You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
For international customers, longer periods may apply where required by local law.
Items must be returned in original condition, including packaging and accessories.
We reserve the right to reject returns where items have been used beyond reasonable inspection.
Where permitted by law, the following are not eligible for return:
Opened personal care or consumable products (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or personalized items
Perishable goods

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
The item is defective
The wrong item was supplied
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, returns must follow this policy.
If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us with photos.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where we reasonably suspect abuse, including excessive returns or fraudulent activity.
